Power to the Peaceful -- NOW sponsors the Kid's Zone The Kid's Stage at Power to the Peaceful sponsored by CANOW and SFNOW! We used recycled buttons from Scrap and hemp cord to keep the kids busy all day making eco necklaces and bracelets. Mina, NOW volunteer, helps with crowd control. Emily Butterfly edutaining. Over 70,000 people attended. More than 20 NOW volunteers showed up despite the scary weather. JinYi(SFNOW & CANOW YF & Diversity), Pamela (SFNOW board), Bernadette (SFNOW volunteer), Elena Perez (CANOW Communications Genius), Patty Bellasalma (Beloved CANOW president), Linda Long (CANOW & freezing because she is used to SoCal) and MonaLisa Wallace (SFNOW prez) JinYi Lee (SFNOW AND CANOW)is pink for peace! Nikki Ragsac (we LOVE you NIKKI) and Alf Syftestad being powerfully peaceful. Mary and Susan from Sonoma County NOW treated the children with hand dipped fresh strawberries! CANOW loves BIKE POWER!
